⏱️ Online Appointment Time Limit
Online appointments are reserved for brief sick visits (15 minutes). For well visits, annual physicals, or concerns that may require more time, kindly call our office so we can provide the best care and schedule enough time for your child. If additional time is needed during the visit, the provider will schedule a follow-up appointment.
Early Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Annual/Well Child Visits
Please ensure your child's previous well visit was completed at least one year ago before scheduling their next annual exam.
Patients Under 3 Years Old
If your child is under 3 years of age, please call our office directly to schedule an appointment rather than using online booking.
New Patients
This online scheduling system is available for existing patients only. If this is your child's first visit with our practice, please call our office to schedule your initial appointment.
No-Show Policy
Please note that a $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments without advance notice, as we use a third-party scheduling service.
