Appointments

Please review the following important information before scheduling your appointment:

Existing Patients Only: Online booking is available exclusively for established patients of Huntington Plaza Pediatric Group. If you are a new patient, click here to submit a New Patient Registration form and please call our New Patient Coordinator to schedule your first visit.
Sick/Urgent Visits Only: This online booking option is reserved for emergency and sick visit appointments (15-minute visits) only. For annual well-child checkups, physicals, or routine wellness visits, please call our office directly to schedule.
Early Arrival Required: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and check-in procedures.
No-Show Policy: A $50 no-show fee will be applied if an appointment is missed without prior notification. As we utilize a third-party scheduling service, timely cancellations help us serve all our families better. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
