As of January 7, 2026, we have transitioned to the Healow Patient Portal. Please register on the new Healow portal to continue accessing your child’s medical records and services.

As part of our transition to the American Pediatrics family, Huntington Plaza Pediatric Group is now using the Healow Patient Portal for all patient communication and services. This upgraded portal provides a seamless and secure experience for managing your child’s healthcare needs.

Look for the healow app on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) for convenient access on the go.

The Healow Patient Portal allows you to:

  • Request and schedule appointments
  • View and print immunization records
  • Request and print completed school, camp, and sports physical forms
  • Request prescription refills for chronic medications
  • View your child’s health records and lab results
  • Send secure messages to clinical staff
  • View, pay, and print billing statements
  • Update contacts, address, and other demographic information
  • Review and print care plans
  • Receive patient reminders by email or text

Important Note: The patient portal is meant for communicating NON-URGENT medical needs and concerns only. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For any urgent or time-sensitive matter, please call our office directly. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for a response from our office once you send a request via the portal. If you don’t hear back after 2 business days, please call our office for help.
