As of December 22nd, 2020, we have moved to a brand new patient portal. You have to re-register with this portal again. Your previous registration will not work.

Huntington Plaza Pediatric Group is excited to announce that our practice is now offering a patient portal and a mobile app for our families!

Look for the PatientPORTAL by InteliChart, app on IOS and Android store.

Using the portal allows secure, convenient communication between you and our office. This type of communication allows us to deliver secure documents at your request, and also allows you to access your child’s medical chart from any portable internet device or the privacy of your home.

The portal is designed to make your life easier:

  • Request appointments
  • View and print immunization records
  • Request and print completed school, camp, and sports physical forms
  • Request prescription refills for chronic medications
  • View your child’s health records
  • Send messages to clinical staff
  • View, pay and print billing statements
  • Update contacts, address, and other demographic information
  • Review and print care plan
  • Receive patient reminders by email or text

Important Note: The patient portal is meant for communicating NON-URGENT medical needs and concerns only. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For any urgent or time sensitive matter, you need to directly call the office. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for a response from our office once you send a request via the portal. If you don’t hear back after 2 business days, please call our office for help.
